About Susan

My 25+ years of sales, service and management experience has enabled me to partner with hundreds of clients to create successful business and leadership transformations.  I served for nearly a decade as a business consultant and management trainer with a large nationally-known franchise organization, managing successful start-up operations, navigating mergers and acquisitions, and coaching leaders and front line managers across the U.S.  Most recently, I served as a senior executive with a multi-state sales organization, Ieading one of the largest and most successful sales training and pre-licensing operations in the country.   I'm also a Certified Integrity Coach® and Certified Innermetrix® Consultant.

I'm passionate about building life-long relationships by making a difference in people's lives; one client at a time.  More importantly, I'm committed to spending my time exceeding your expectations rather than marketing to the general public.  Hence, I'm been blessed to work nearly 100% by referral.
